Of course, there is a workplace/ work environment culture. The general atmosphere/ temperament of any given work environment. Every organization wants to maintain a tranquil workspace/environment. after all, a happy workforce translates to happy customers, is it not?  it is human nature, the more culturally diverse an environment, the more deliberate effort required at coordination. So when organizations try to keep diversity to the minimum, who can really blame them.  Well except in cases where particularly scare skill is required. Then there is the need for organizations to protect client/customer perception.  The stereotypical attachment of a particular work, labor, or skill to a specific group of people. The general assumption that a particular group of people is fitting for a particular type of task. An assumption based not on a test of skill, educational qualification, or acquired experience, but purely on just that, generally accepted assumption.  ...
